Her willingness to lend a helping hand, educate, and guide her fellow nurses showcases her dedication to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Her commitment to excellence is evident through her achievement of two certifications: an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and a Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN).

Her involvement in projects such as “CAR-T Cell Associated Neurotoxicity Standardized Approach to Nursing Assessment” and “Developing and Implementing an Objective Needs-Based Acuity Tool for the Stem Cell Transplant/Hematology-Oncology Population” showcases her dedication to advancing patient care through evidence-based practices.
