One of her significant achievements includes resolving roadblocks in pain reassessment protocols, enhancing patient outcomes and staff satisfaction. Her commitment to shared decision-making has fostered a culture of collaboration and engagement among bedside nurses and hospital leadership.

Dedication to Education and Professional Development

Leah’s passion for education and knowledge-sharing is evident in her role as an Epic Certified Credentialed Trainer for Stork, where she provides critical education on electronic fetal monitoring. She also mentors and educates EMS students on obstetrics-related content using the Noelle Simulator, offering hands-on demonstrations and real-world clinical insights.

Leah’s pursuit of professional excellence is reflected in her certifications, including the National Credentialing Center Inpatient Obstetrics Certification and AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certifications. Her dedication inspires colleagues and students alike to pursue continuous learning and professional growth.
