His role as a Clinical Operations Resource RN at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital highlighted his ability to optimize staffing and improve patient care processes. As the former Clinical Nurse Manager at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Mando demonstrated remarkable leadership, successfully managing a diverse team and achieving notable milestones in financial performance and staff engagement. His efforts led to reduced RN vacancy rates, a testament to his focus on creating a fulfilling and supportive work environment.
